Yoga is for everyone! Some Yoga Studios and Gyms can be intimidating for a beginner or if you have physical limitations etc. Wendy will travel to you.
Both Restorative and gentle Yin yoga include either practicing stillness in positions or flowing through positions using your breath as a guide.
Yoga can enhance strength and flexibility, deeply relax the body, still the mind, boost the immune system, and enhance mood states.

Many of us are slaves to our minds. Through the most basic form of sitting Meditation, we discover peace, clarity, and strength. Meditating for even 10 minutes a day will help you focus and understand your mind. Let us guide you in your practice.
Wendy has a passion for living in a mindful way and truly being present in every moment. She has a healthcare background and has practiced yoga for over five years. She trained under Maureen Rae RYT, YACEP as well as travelling to the “island of the gods”, Bali, to complete her Yoga Alliance certification with Awakened Life School of Yoga.
